CipUX can be installed in different ways. The most up to date method is to install CipUX via CPAN shell from the officially CipUX SVN repository - this is called repository version. A more stable, but still actual version of CipUX can be installed via the officially released CipUX upstream packages -this is called upstream version. As a 3rd method we are developing a Debian package installation. Also other methods like installation via live CD/DVDs or virtual box images are available - but are not official supported. Search or ask on cipux-devel for it.
